We’ve been reviewing our ability to deliver Housing Finance Conference and Exhibition and the National Housing Summit in a safe and accessible way by closely monitoring government guidance and being in constant contact with the ACC, Liverpool.

In order to provide some certainty in these uncertain times, we’ve decided to host the Housing Finance Conference and National Housing Summit as part of our #NHFVirtual programme of events. This means that this year’s in-person conference is postponed until 2022. We’ve created a set of frequently asked questions which should cover any additional queries you might have, and the events team are available via email too.

How do I transfer my booking for Housing Finance to the in-person event in 2022?

Please contact the Customer Service team via email to transfer your booking to Housing Finance Conference and Exhibition 2022.

I booked my accommodation with MICE Concierge, how do I get a refund?

Please contact Anna Hellawell at MICE Concierge via email, to cancel your accommodation.

What is the Housing Finance #NHFVirtual event?

Our #NHFVirtual events programme offers top speakers, up-to-the-minute insight, and expert analysis you expect at an NHF conference – streamed straight to your browser.

You can feel part of the buzz of a live event, posing questions to speakers and joining in roundtables, but also take a break from the screen and dip in and out when it suits you.

This year's virtual Housing Finance will be nothing like you've seen before. We're running seven streams of content over five days, including four more instalments of our monthly series, The Finance Hour. If you're worried about finding the time to experience the insights, debate and content on offer, don't be − you'll be able to watch all sessions whenever you like until the end of June 2021.

More information on our #NHFVirtual event programme is on the website.
