The NHF’s Housing Finance Conference & Exhibition returns for 2025 with a packed and thought-provoking agenda. Running across eight content streams, the sessions will tackle some of the sector’s most pressing issues and provide space for discussion and engagement with colleagues, exhibitors, and key sector stakeholders to help make decisions that will secure their financial future.
Increasing demands for investment in existing homes and the development of new ones mean that the pressures on finance teams are greater than ever. Topics like unlocking new funding, investment and business planning remain at the forefront of the programme, whilst a changing operating environment creates an opportunity to address new areas such as effective partnerships and leadership. In order to facilitate these discussions, this year we are launching the ‘business transformation and leadership’ and ‘stakeholder engagement’ streams.
Alongside the strategic and operational challenges that will be addressed at the 2025 conference, data and digital remain key areas which have the capacity to innovate finance and drive the development of the sector forward, so you can expect to find out about topics such as artificial intelligence.
Framed by an ongoing touch economic climate and in the months following a new government this year’s programme will deliver insights into a breadth of key challenges (and solutions) for social housing.
The eight content streams that we will be running so that you and your team can tailor the conference to your strategy and objectives are:
• Business planning and risk management
• Investment and funding
• Finance 101
• Housing market
• Policy and regulation
• Innovation and digital stage
• Business transformation and leadership
• Stakeholder engagement
This is a very well organised with a great selection of speakers who provide insightful knowledge and expertise of the subject matters. There are many sessions provided to cover all interests and its layout provides a great networking opportunity.
I see the Housing Finance Conference as the must attend event of the Social Housing Finance annual calendar. It's fantastic to have so many key participants in the sector under one roof, have face-to-face catch ups with delegates and hear from expert panels on important sector-wide issues.
