Director of Finance, People and Change, Coastline HousingNathan is the Director of Finance and ICT at Coastline Housing in Cornwall since January 2016. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant for 4 years supporting various charities, start-ups and Housing providers. Nathan has worked in and around housing for nearly 20 years and been fortunate to be involved with amazing organisations of all shapes and sizes supporting communities and delivering much need new homes predominately across London and the surrounding counties. Nathan is also the current chair of the National Housing Federation’s Finance Policy Advisory Group which exists to inform and respond to the NHF’s wider policy agenda with particular reference to financial implications for its members.
Corinna Bishopp
Executive Director of Finance and Deputy Chief Executive, RHPCorinna joined RHP as Executive Director of Finance in July 2017. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has operated at Director level in a wide variety of industries. Before joining RHP she was Interim Group Finance Director at Thames Valley Housing, and a consultant advising on the Thames Valley and Genesis Housing Association merger. She also worked on the successful IPO at the UK’s Leading Retirement Builder McCarthy & Stone, was Interim Chief Financial Officer at Eversholt Rail and spent over 10 years in Bupa, including as Chief Financial Officer of Bupa Latin America in Miami.

Imran Mubeen
Director of Treasury, BromfordImran leads the treasury team at Bromford Housing Group. Imran has raised over £1.5bn of new funding with UK and overseas investors, issuing the group’s debut public bond and inaugural US private placement. He has pioneered sustainable finance, delivering the first green and governance linked loans in the social housing sector, and expanding Bromford’s trading update to become the first housing association to set out performance against sustainability golden metrics. Imran published Bromford’s accredited sustainable finance framework, and the group’s sustainability impact report which adopts the SRS and is now delivered annually. Imran continues to drive Bromford’s sector leading dual credit rating platform with Moody’s (A2) and S&P (A+) and is a key driver of thought leadership in the sector on all matters related to finance, treasury and sustainability.
Sarah Smith
Chief Financial Officer, Southern HousingSarah has worked with and in the housing association sector since 1988. She is a Chartered Accountant beginning her career with BDO before specialising in social housing and moving to KPMG. Before joining Southern Housing Sarah spent eight years as Director of Financial Services at London & Quadrant Housing Trust. Sarah is a member of the NHF’s Finance & Policy Advisory Group. She sits on the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) social housing sub-committee. She has previously chaired the g15 Finance Directors’ Group and was Vice Chair of the NHF’s SORP Working Party. In her role as Chief Financial Officer of Southern Housing her responsibilities include internal audit, business risk and assurance, governance, financial services, procurement and pensions. She is a Trustee of Dolphin Square Charitable Trust and also a member of their Audit Committee. She is a Board member and Chair of Audit Committee at Reall, a charity investing in affordable housing in urban Africa and Asia. She was appointed to the Sustainability for Housing Board in 2021.
Helen Meehan
Chief Financial Officer,, Home GroupHelen became Home Group’s Chief Financial Officer in 2022, having previously been Director of Finance. She joined Home Group in 2015 as Director of Risk and Assurance, moving to Director of Finance in 2018.
Before arriving at Home Group Helen was with PwC, where she oversaw the delivery of high-quality, value-added risk and assurance work internal and external clients.
Mark Baker
Director of Finance and Governance, Raven Housing TrustMark Baker joined Raven in 2019. He has worked across the public sector in Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire, including finance roles within local government education, children’s services and adult social care departments. Before joining Raven he was director of finance for Sussex Police from 2010 and director of finance within Surrey and Sussex Healthcare Commissioning from 2016. Both roles included responsibility for I.T., procurement and estates. Mark is a qualified accountant and member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy.
Richard Conway
Director, Social Housing, Chatham FinancialRichard is a member of Chatham’s Real Estate team, focusing on fundraising and treasury advisory. He helps companies across the social housing, charity, local authority, and corporate sectors optimise their funding and hedging arrangements to better meet their long-term business ambitions. Richard has raised capital for clients across bank, listed and retail bond, and private placement markets in the U.K. and the U.S. He also has extensive experience in pricing and restructuring derivative portfolios.
